The AIR training courses are designed for young rugby players with the determination and ability to progress to the top level. By being fully part of a real high performance training centre the aim of this training camp is to help you develop your physical, technical and mental potential, essential for reaching high level rugby. Students are supervised by coaches and recognised professional experts from the world of rugby. AIR summer camps, the only 100% rugby camps!

The AIR Top Coaches are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable coaches and former players in French rugby. They are all state-qualified and specialists in the area for which they are responsible during the high level rugby training camp. They will pass on their experience to you throughout all the workshops, which they will lead, with a standard equivalent to that of professional rugby. Students train like pros, and with pros!

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER SUPPORT
After the rugby camp all students will benefit from personalised follow-up for a period of one year. If they wish, students will be able to continue to communicate with coaches and experts and ask them for advice on the direction of their own rugby career, or ask about how to improve their performance and technique. The exchanges will take place via a dedicated platform, accessible only to former students.
